Do you FEEL like you are FALLING APART?

maybe you've tried to TELL yourself that if you just IGNORE

what's TROUBLING you it will go AWAY.

or

maybe you've tried to DISTRACT yourself

by drinking. overeating. exercising.

even throwing yourself into WORK.

but

you still don't feel any BETTER.

in fact, things are getting WORSE.

and

 now you CAN'T sleep.

your mind is ALWAYS racing.

your appetite has CHANGED.

you are always EXHAUSTED.

MAYBE now its time to talk to a PROFESSIONAL.

 MAYBE I can HELP.

As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHHC), my counseling practice offers an innovative approach to treatment, one that views mind and body as inherently intertwined. As such, I draw upon principles of psychology, nutrition and medicine in order for you to develop greater wellness, both inside and out. I believe that when individuals become AWARE of what is driving the unbalanced emotional and physical state, a positive shift can start to occur. I pay particular attention to how symptoms have manifested physiologically in altering your sleeping patterns, eating habits, alcohol use, concentration and overall well being.

I have been a psychotherapist for more than 10 years and specialize in treating adults who are suffering from mild to severe anxiety, depression, food/weight issues and/or problematic drinking or drug use. Patients also frequently come to my office because they are struggling to cope with the end of a relationship or feeling stuck in a particular area of their life and struggling to understand why.

If you are interested in learning more about whether individual therapy might be of benefit to you or would like to schedule a free phone consultation or an initial intake appointment, please call me at (626) 379-7977. I see patients between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm on Mon-Th and offer a number of appointments every other Friday. I accept Aetna insurance and also offer reduced rates based on income.

I look forward to speaking with you.
